If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, Coco California is happy to offer you an exchange or refund.
Please note: We do not offer an exchange, refund or online credit on sale items.
To organise a return, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a #RA number before you return your order.
- Returns must be organised and shipped back within 7 business days of delivery
- We reserve the right to refuse any returned item we believe is not of merchantable quality and/or has been worn, washed, altered.
Please note: Items must be in original condition. Shoes must be in their original boxes. Items must have the original tag/swing tickets attached. Garments soiled with makeup or tanning products will not be accepted.
- Full price items purchased with a coupon code may be returned for either a refund or an online credit note
- We strictly accept no exchange or returns on sale items
- We do not offer returns on Accessories. For health and hygiene reasons, we do not offer returns, exchange or online credit note on jewellery
- Exchanges are subject to availability at the time we receive your return
- Please note: We can only process a refund through your original payment method
- It your responsibility as the owner of the item to ensure we receive your return within the accepted time frame using a viable courier/postal service. We will not accept any returned items received outside of this period
Extra shipping and handling charges to return the item will remain the responsibility of the sender.
- FREE Express Shipping on all orders within Australia. Delivery is via Australia Post
- Once delivery is made, the responsibility of the parcel rests with the buyer
- Coco California does not cover the cost of lost of stolen parcels once delivered
For international customers, the same policy applies but we allow up to fourteen (14) days from date of delivery for all overseas returns. Return postage costs are not covered by Coco California.
Exchange: In the event of an exchange, please write down the full item description, brand name, colour and size required for the item you would like to exchange for. If the item you wish to exchange for sells out while we are waiting to receive your return, we will automatically issue you with store credit or full refund. Please allow up to five (5) business days for the processing of the return or exchange once received.
Store credits: Valid for twelve (12) months from date of issue. We reserve the right to deem any outstanding credit values null and void after the expiration date. Items purchased with store credit are deemed as Final Sale. Store credits are not valid for pre-order deposits.
Swimwear: Must be tried on over briefs and returned to us with the plastic gusset protection still intact. If the briefs arrive without this gusset protection, the item will be returned back to you and no exchange can be offered.
Shoes: Must be tried on a carpeted surface until you are certain you are keeping them. Shoes should be returned unmarked and in their original, undamaged, shoe box as this is considered part of the product. Shoes that are returned without a box, in a damaged box, with marked soles or show any sign of wear may be sent back to the customer.
Accessories: Lingerie, jewellery, sunglasses and other accessories cannot be returned.
Coco California makes every effort to ensure that the online store reflects the true availability of stock. However, sometimes an item shown to be available is out of stock. In this event, we will contact you as soon as possible to issue you with a full refund.
